Does RezgloB2B AI Builder create an AI team for my business?
Not automatically. RezgloB2B AI Builder helps you define one AI assistant that may support multiple roles, such as guidance, analysis, reception-style support, or operational help, if those functions are later implemented and configured. It should not be understood as a staffed department or a team of independent AI workers unless a future product explicitly provides and identifies those separate agents.
Does my AI Builder purchase include a third-party voice account or voice credits?
No. Your AI Builder purchase does not include ownership of a third-party voice-provider account, Rezglo API credentials, or transferable provider credits. Voice inside supported Rezglo experiences is provided as a managed service subject to the product plan and provider availability.
Will voice still work after I download my AI Builder Build Package?
The Build Package carries your AI assistant definition and implementation context, but it does not carry Rezglo's private voice-provider credentials. Voice in another environment may require your own supported provider account or a separately offered Rezglo-managed voice service.
What voice is included with Starter and Pro?
Starter includes Voice Concierge after you complete and finalize your Build. Pro includes hands-free Voice Concierge while you build and after completion. Voice availability remains subject to the product plan and supported provider availability.
Can I connect my own voice provider account today?
Not as an included RezgloB2B AI Builder capability today. We are preserving BYOK (Bring Your Own Key/account) as a future portability option for supported deployments, but purchasing Starter or Pro does not currently promise or activate a direct third-party voice-provider connection.
What is the voice-service disclosure I accept at checkout?
Voice is a separate Rezglo-managed third-party service. Your JARVIS purchase/download does not include a provider account, API key, transferable voice credits, or perpetual hosted voice. Voice outside Rezglo may require your own supported provider account or a separately offered managed-voice service.
